What is your return policy for damaged or unwanted items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your fixture arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement. Unwanted items must be in their original packaging and are subject to a restocking fee.
Are light bulbs included with the fixtures?
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, bulbs are not included. This allows you to choose the specific color temperature and brightness that best fits your space.
Do you offer professional installation services?
We do not provide direct installation. We recommend hiring a licensed electrician to ensure your new lighting is installed safely and according to local building codes.
Are your products compatible with dimmer switches?
